JP VIP Charter coordinates premium private charter services in Japan. Rides are fulfilled by licensed Japanese partner operators. We are not a medical provider, school, travel agency, or investment adviser.
2. Quotes and confirmation
Fares shown on this site are Japanese-yen reference fares. Every booking is confirmed manually on WhatsApp after we review the date, route, vehicle, luggage, and exact addresses. No arrangement is final until we confirm it in writing on WhatsApp.
3. Payment
Payment method and timing are agreed during confirmation on WhatsApp. No payment is collected through this website.
4. Changes and cancellation
Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible if your plans change. Changes are accommodated subject to availability. Cancellation terms are stated in your booking confirmation.
5. Airport waiting and extras
For airport pickups with flight details shared in advance, the driver waits free for 90 minutes after landing. Additional waiting, added stops, late-night pickups, or route changes may incur extra charges, which we confirm before they apply.
6. Liability
Transport is provided by licensed partner operators with commercial insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, force majeure, or inaccurate information provided at booking.
7. Language versions
This site is published in English, Traditional Chinese, and Arabic. If versions differ, the English version prevails for interpreting these terms.
